Leadership Event Behaviour Support

On December 2nd 2008 BILD will be hosting their first annual behaviour support leadership event. Our Director Sharon Paley will give the welcome address to the conference; the key note speaker for the day will be David Pitonyak, other speakers include Andy McDonnell.

An inspiring speaker David is a must see for anyone who works with and or supports people who exhibit what might be referred to as ‘challenging’ or ‘difficult behaviours.’ David believes that difficult behaviours result from unmet needs and they (the behaviours) are messages. David truly puts the person and their experiences at the centre of his philosophy and work.
